Who Is In Control?

Like most people you like to think that you are in control of your life, that you are the one making the decisions in your life, that the lack of the success you desire is of your own doing.

Nothing could be further from the truth!

As you were being formed in your mother's womb, and as you entered this world of ours,Your potential was unlimited. You were a child of promise. You had the wherewithal to be anything and everything a person could ever want to be. You had the potential and the capability to be the richest person on this planet. You had the potential to be the greatest surgeon, engineer, architect, stage personality, or movie star this world has ever known. You had everything. You had it made!

But by the time you had reached the age of six all that had been taken from you. By the time you had reached the age of six your life path had been fixed. It had been cast in concrete. You had nothing to say about it. You were no longer the master of your fate, and unless something drastic occurred to change that at some later stage in your life, That is still where you are today.

Find out the truth! Find out why your life is the way that it is, and what you can do to change it.

I Could Use Your Input

I am writing a book, entitled “Creating Your World - The First Step.” The first seven chapters are basically complete. They are:

Ch 1 - Lost Souls
Ch 2 - Circumstances
Ch 3 - Did You Know?
Ch 4 - Why Are We Here?
Ch 5 - It’s The Law
Ch 6 - What Makes Us So Special?
Ch 7 - Fleet And Stick

I am presently conducting general research for which I would very much like a response from you. Please, no frivolous answers or statements. I am of the belief that the vast majority of us have had it ingrained in us since birth that we will never be rich, that we don’t deserve it. I would like your input. I will never reveal the source of your answers, nor your name or email address.

Survey Questions:

Your age: ______

1. Why are you not earning $90,000.00+ a month?

2. Do you honestly believe you will never be a millionaire? Please explain.

3. Do you honestly believe you do not have the right to be rich? Please explain

4. Has anyone ever told you that you could never be a millionaire?

a. If so, who? (No names, just their relationship to you.)

b. If no one, what is holding you back?

5. Approximately how much do you spend, annually, on self-improvement?

6. What concrete plans are you presently putting into place to ensure you become a millionaire in the near future?

7. Any comments you might wish to add.

Please send your reply to me at info@lifeabundant.ca.

Thank you so much.

You had it made!

As you were being formed in your mother's womb, and as you entered this world of ours, your potential was unlimited.

But with my help, you can reclaim your birthright. You can become the Master of your Fate, the conscious creator of your world. It's all up to you.

Whichever area of your life you feel needs changing, change is possible. No matter who you are, no matter what your past circumstances, no matter how you feel about yourself, if you feel the need for something better in life, or a better life overall, you can make those changes!

You can become the person you were really meant to be!

Who Are You?

Who are you? – Really.

Often, when I am at a cocktail party or other social gathering and things seem to be slowing down a little, I’ll walk up to a stranger and say, “Hi, my name is Samantha. And you are...?”

A loaded question, if there is one, because the answer is always something like, “Hi, I’m Jane.”

I am often tempted to reply with “No you’re not,” but usually I just smile at my internal joke and continue with some form of polite conversation.

In actual fact, she is not “Jane.” That just happens to be her name.

Of course we all have names. You have one.

You have a great many possessions, not the least of which is your name. You have clothes, books, a postal address, probably an email address, (or two), a car, a personal computer, a telephone, a cell phone, telephone numbers, a television set, several radios, probably an iPod or mp3 player, and who knows what else. These are your possessions! They are NOT who you are, although there are those who would like you to believe that you are. (“Clothes make the man!”)

Imagine witnessing this conversation at a gathering: “Hello, I’m the three story brownstone house similar to the one at the corner of Fifth and Main. Nice to meet you.” “Nice to meet you too. I’m the black, 2009 Cadillac Sedan deVille.” Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it?

You are NOT your possessions. But then, if you are not, who are you?

That question should definitely give you pause for thought.

The answer comes from Chapter Six in Dr. Wayne W. Dyer’s book, “The Power Of Intention” where he says,

“You are an infinite spiritual being...
having a human experience.”

You are not a human being who has spiritual experiences.

Think about it.

Perhaps it's time to reevaluate your approach to Life.

What is your purpose in life?

I strongly believe we were put here, on this beautiful, bountiful planet, for a very good reason. I believe we are here to live all the life we are capable of living! That’s right, ALL the life we are CAPABLE of living.

How do you know if you are?

There is one simple, acid test which you can use to find out.

If you have dreams of a better life, if you have a desire for more of anything which you think will make your life better than it now is, that is an indication that you are not living up to your potential. That is the signal from deep inside you that you are truly capable of living more. Whether it is a fuller life you desire, more money you need, love you don’t have, or whatever else it may be, your inner mind is telling you there is something deep inside you that needs fuller expression. You are not living all the life you are capable of living.

And without a chosen purpose in life, you never will.

Why are you here?

You are here to live all the life you are capable of living, and to live it with zest and joyfulness, and in accordance with your chosen purpose. And when you do you not only make this world a better place, the entire Universe experiences increase.

So, if you need help in fulfilling your dreams, you will find a visit to The Life Abundant and to About Samantha well worth while.

Are you living the life you really want?

Are you living the life you really want to live, or are you living the life you feel you have to settle for? Is your income where you really want it? Is your life unfolding the way you feel you really would like it to be unfolding? Is your health what you would like it to be? The answer to these questions is, in all probability, "No".

How about your relationships? Could they be better?

Your life is really a reflection of your beliefs, beliefs probably programmed into your subconscious mind before you were six years old. Your subconscious mind constitutes your paradigm for living, and bad programming at an early age leads to behaviour which is self-defeating throughout life.

So, to change your life, your future, you need to change the beliefs stored away in the far reaches of your subconscious mind. This is almost impossible to do on your own.

I can help you change your life for the better. Visit me at http://samanthaperrin.ca to find out how.

I just smile.

I can’t tell you how often people have come up to me at a social gathering and said something like, “I sure wish I had your money!” I don’t ask them why. I just smile.

I used to reply that they could have as much money as they think I have. I used to ask them to imagine their annual salary becoming their monthly salary. The usual response I got to that was that I must be a dreamer, and that such a thing would be totally impossible.

Of course, they were right on both accounts! First and foremost, I am a dreamer, but I put my dreams to work! And second, as the late Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can’t, you are absolutely correct.”

Why do I just smile? Well, I don’t want to appear sad, but sad is what I feel for them. They do not realize that they, and they alone, have put the limits on their lives. So they just dream of the life they have forced themselves to believe that they can never have.

They refuse to believe me when I tell them otherwise. The number of original excuses I hear continues to amaze me.

And so I just smile.
